ReconcileAI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered bank reconciliation services. The Service allows users to upload financial data, automatically match transactions, and manage reconciliation workflows.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers different subscription plans with varying features and credit allocations. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

• Free tier includes a one-time allocation of credits
• Pro subscriptions include monthly credit allocations
• Additional credit packs may be purchased by Pro subscribers
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to process data for illegal financial activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ReconcileAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
